【摘要】 目的 探讨超声引导下乳腺小微病灶导丝定位的临床应用价值。方法 对56例临床触诊困难的乳腺小微病灶,术前通过高频超声引导下导丝定位,后经手术循迹切除,并对相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果 56例病灶均定位成功并完整切除。病灶组织类型包括浸润性导管癌11例,导管内癌5例,小叶原位癌2例,黏液癌2例,纤维腺瘤24例,不典型增生6例,导管内乳头状瘤4例,浆细胞性乳腺炎2例。结论 超声引导下乳腺导丝定位安全、可靠,对触诊不佳的乳腺小微病灶定位准确,能够帮助临床准确探寻病灶并完整切除,避免不必要的乳腺损伤,值得临床推广。
