摘要:
 【摘要】 自从1974年经皮肝穿胆道引流术(PTBD)首次应用于缓解恶性梗阻性黄疸以来,经过近40年的发展PTBD在临床上应用越来越广泛,PTBD结合内植入支架、球囊扩张术已是解决恶性胆道梗阻的重要手段。此外,PTBD联合近距离的胆道内放疗及化疗也有利于提高患者的生存。本文着重在回顾PTBD发展、适应证、及治疗恶性梗阻黄疸现状、并发症做一综述。
