摘要:
目的分析肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）治疗富血供肝转移瘤的疗效。方法回顾性选取TACE治疗肝转移瘤１２９例，估计生存率并观察临床有效率及肿瘤碘油沉积情况。结果本组病例均见畸形早显的肿瘤血管及丰富的肿瘤染色；６个月、１、３年生存率分别为１００％、７３．６％和２６．４％；临床有效率为６８．２％（８８／１２９），无进展率为２３．３％（３０／１２９）；碘油沉积良好者（Ⅰ型＋Ⅱ型）占８０．９％（９７／１２９）。结论TACE是肝转移瘤良好的治疗手段，区分出富血供肿瘤有助于提高其疗效并制定合适的治疗计划
