摘要:
微创治疗是肺减容术(LVRS)治疗重度肺气肿的发展方向,随着新方法和新器械的不断出现及改进,这种治疗将成为重度肺气肿病人的另一个重要选择.该文回顾了目前肺气肿治疗的概况,就微创肺减容术的方法、器械以及初步研究成果和最新进展等进行了综述.
