摘要:
目的 探讨旋转三维重建数字减影血管成像（３Ｄ ＤＳＡ）在主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术中的应用价值。方法 ２００６年１月至２０１０年５月，２５例胸主动脉夹层患者接受腔内隔绝术治疗，其中５例患者ＣＴＡ以及常规ＤＳＡ均不能显示破口位置，我们对其采用了３Ｄ ＤＳＡ检查。结果 通过３Ｄ ＤＳＡ清楚显示破口，成功实施支架置入术。结论 ３Ｄ ＤＳＡ能多方位观察破口与周围血管关系，提供准确显示病变的参考角度，是主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术中常规手段的重要补充 。
