【摘要】 目的 探讨数字减影血管造影（DSA）引导下经卵圆孔内下方进孔在球囊成形中的应用及治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床应用价值。方法 2019年9月至2021年5月在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院介入与疼痛科收治的原发性三叉神经痛患者44例，均采用经卵圆孔内下方进孔微球囊压迫治疗，出院后进行 3个月的随访，观察术中球囊成形为梨形的成功率和手术时间，比较术前、术后1 d、1个月、3个月视觉模拟评分（visual analogue score，VAS）变化及治愈率。结果 术中球囊成形为梨形的成功率100%，手术时间为（13.6±3.8）min。术前VAS 为（7.6±0.7）分，术后1 d、1个月、3个月分别为（1.5±0.6）、（1.2±0.3）和（1.1±0.2）分，与术前相比，VAS明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后1 d、1个月及3个月治愈率分别为95.5 %、97.7%、97.7%。结论 DSA引导下经卵圆孔内下方进孔，能顺利进入麦氏囊，精准压迫三叉神经半月节，是治疗原发性三叉神经痛的有效方法。
