【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）治疗获得性子宫动静脉瘘的效果。方法 对12例获得性子宫动静脉瘘患者施行UAE。观察术后并发症，术后至出院及术后3个月阴道不规则出血情况。结果 12例患者UAE治疗后均一次性止血成功。无一例出现异位栓塞等严重并发症，术后未再出现阴道不规则出血。结论 UAE治疗获得性子宫动静脉瘘安全有效，值得临床推广。
