摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨药物涂层球囊（DCB）治疗颈动脉支架成形术（CAS）后支架内再狭窄（ISR）病变的效果。方法 脑保护伞保护下，采用经皮腔内紫杉醇DCB扩张成形术治疗2例颈动脉ISR患者。结合该病特点及诊疗方式进行分析。结果 2例DCB扩张成形术均获成功，疗效较好。结论 DCB扩张成形术是治疗CAS术后ISR的有效方法，但远期有效性和安全性仍需多中心、前瞻性随机对照研究评估。
