【摘要】 目的 探讨脑卒中急救专科护士主导的救护流程对缩短缺血性脑卒中就诊至动脉穿刺时间（DPT）的效果评价。方法 选取上海长海医院2016年2月至2016年7月急性缺血性脑卒中患者经急诊入院后，采用常规的一站式救治模式进行介入治疗的患者68例作为对照组，2016年8月至2017年1月经急诊入院后，卒中急救专科护士主导的救护模式进行介入治疗的患者72例作为观察组，比较两组患者在缩短急性缺血性脑卒中DPT的效果。结果 对照组DPT时间为（81.7±11.2） min，观察组为（69.8±10.0） min。两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组医师对护士的满意度中在工作主动性、团结协作、理论知识及沟通能力方面评分要高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 脑卒中急救专科护士主导的救护模式可以有效缩短缺血性脑卒中患者DPT，为患者的黄金救治赢得了时间，值得推广。
