 【摘要】 目的 探讨双容积重建透明影像在支架结合弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法 2011年11月—2012年9月收治颅内动脉瘤患者30例，行颅内支架结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗。比较患者常规二维造影（2D- DSA）、三维旋转造影（3D- RA）和双容积重建透明影像能显示的支架标记点数目。结果30例患者共植入34枚支架，在所有支架的206个标记点中，2D- DSA、3D- RA和双容积透明影像能清晰显示的标记点分别为146（70.8％）、123（59.7％）和190个（92.2％），三种造影方法间的支架标记点的显示率差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 双容积重建透明影像能清晰显示颅内支架的标记点，在颅内支架的植入术中有巨大的应用价值。
