摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 对自主研发的生物可吸收房间隔缺损封堵器和室间隔缺损封堵器进行体外毒性实验和肌肉内植入实验，评价可吸收心脏间隔缺损封堵器的生物相容性。方法 可吸收心脏间隔缺损封堵器的制作材料为聚对二氧环己酮（PDO）丝、聚左旋乳酸（PLA）无纺布、聚乙醇酸（PGA）缝线。将小鼠成纤维细胞瘤细胞（L?蛳 929细胞）与可吸收封堵器盘片共培养7 d，观察细胞生长情况，并采用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法定量测试可吸收封堵器的细胞毒性。在SD大鼠背部肌肉内植入封堵器盘片，检测封堵的组织相容性。结果 ① 细胞毒性：封堵材料对细胞的贴壁、增殖无明显影响，培养上清液对细胞毒性为0或1级。② 组织相容性：封堵器盘片植入SD大鼠背部肌肉后1 ～ 2周，组织病理检查可见PDO和PLA丝周围有大量成纤维细胞及炎性细胞浸润。4周时炎性细胞显著减少，可见较多的纤维结缔组织，6 ～ 8周时周围有较丰富的胶原纤维，可见较多的多核巨细胞，12周时可见PDO和PLA丝明显降解，周围新生血管形成。结论 采用可降解高分子聚合材料制作的可吸收心脏间隔缺损封堵器具有良好的生物相容性。
