摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨应用血压计袖带辅助溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理方法，以降低并发症，达到最佳治疗效果。方法 对2007年7月—2011年12月进行腔静脉滤器置入并溶栓治疗的106例下肢深静脉血栓的恶性肿瘤患者随机分组：实验组54例，静脉溶栓治疗同时在患肢扎血压计袖带，至液体输完后松开；对照组52例，只作患肢尿激酶静脉输液。结果 实验组有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；实验组的并发症明显低于对照组（P < 0.01）；实验组的平均住院天数和平均住院费用也明显低于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论 下肢深静脉血栓患者溶栓治疗中，采用血压计袖带充气加压辅助溶栓的方法效果明显、安全，减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广。
