摘要:
目的评价儿童食管良性狭窄使用暂时性食管支架成形术治疗的疗效。方法儿童烧灼性食管狭窄及食管术后吻合口狭窄患儿１０例，支架置入前均先行食管吞钡检查，吞咽评分为３，并置入覆膜可回收支架。结果支架置入后，所有患儿无明显并发症，并安全回收。支架置放期间所有患儿能进食固体食物，无吞咽困难。支架取出后６～１２个月随访，患儿均能正常进食，吞咽评分为０。结论应用暂时性支架成形术治疗儿童食管良性狭窄安全、有效。
