摘要:
目的探讨经皮射频消融术(RFA)治疗肝肿瘤CT检查的价值.方法回顾性地分析50例肝肿瘤(原发性肝癌36例,肝转移癌14例)共76个病灶RFA术前和术后复查随访CT表现,CT检查分别于治疗后1、3周及以后间隔3～6个月不等进行,均采用平扫和增强扫描.结果获得完全消融的病灶为35例49个(64.5%),不完全消融的病灶为18例27个(35.5%).经RFA治疗的76个病灶中9个出现病灶内出血;1个发生脓肿;3例出现腹腔内出血;6例发生右侧反应性胸腔积液和1例出现少量气胸.结论增强CT检查对肝恶性肿瘤RFA治疗
