摘要:
对肝大部切除术的患者行手术前门静脉栓塞(PVE),可使未栓塞侧的肝组织增生肥大,增大肝脏体积,从而提高肝癌的切除率,降低术后的并发症,缩短住院时间。故术前选择性门静脉栓塞已日渐成为外科肝大部切的重要的术前处理。本文就术前选择性门脉栓塞术的技术及临床相关问题如:相关解剖、入路、栓塞剂的选择、PVE病理生理,适应及禁忌症,联合治疗及门静脉栓塞后肿瘤的生长等予以探讨。
