摘要:
目的　CT评价集束电极射频治疗肺癌的近期疗效。方法　对68例肺癌患者通过集束电极射频治疗用CT比较手术前后肿瘤大小和密度的变化。结果　68例肺癌70个病灶射频治疗术前、术后30min和术后60d进行CT复查。单点治疗组：病灶的体积在术后30min增大明显，在术后60d缩小，治疗前后病灶最大径分别为(4.15±0.97)cm,(5.54±1.37)cm和(2.79±0.68)cm，有显著性差异(P0.05)。病灶CT值在术后30min和术后60d均减低，单点治疗组：治疗前、治疗后30min及60d的密度值分
