摘要:
回顾前辈对介入放射学作出的定义:“是在影像设备监视下,运用穿刺针、导管、导丝等器械并通过微创手段获取组织标本,或对靶向病变进行治疗的相关技术”。最近,全球40多个国家联合发表“全球介入放射学联合申明”,更要求介入工作者应具备“对介入新技术、器材以及术式的持续发明和创造力”。随着治疗手段的进展,器械的不断创新,高强度聚焦超声、超声波体外碎石等方法的临床应用,提出“无创介入”的概念,本文对此作一述评。
