摘要:
颅内动脉瘤是临床常见疾病，随着医学影像学的发展，临床工作中可以发现越来越多的未破裂动脉瘤。动脉瘤破裂可以引起蛛网膜下腔出血，甚至危及患者生命。颅内未破裂动脉瘤的特征包括动脉瘤的大小、位置、形状、数量、生长方向、生长速度和症状表现等因素。研究发现，动脉瘤的特征与动脉瘤的破裂风险直接相关。通过研究未破裂动脉瘤的特征可以有效预防其破裂风险。
