摘要:
针对中晚期胰腺癌的任何治疗均为姑息性治疗，明显延长生存期的可能性不大，治疗目标在于改善患者生存质量，改善疾病相关症状。不提倡采用可造成较大不良反应、疗效不大的剧烈治疗手段和药物。介入治疗近期疗效好，改善患者疾病相关症状明显，同时不良反应小，符合这一治疗原则。近年来介入治疗在中晚期胰腺癌的治疗中具有明显的优势而备受推崇。
