摘要:
【摘要】 LACbes封堵器是我国自主创新研发的左心耳专用封堵器之一,历经外观设计、倒刺研发、定型及动物实验、上市前临床研究等阶段,于2019年上市。LACbes封堵器由远端固定盘、近端覆盖盘和中间连接铆组成,可反复回收不形变,易于操作,适合绝大多数形态的左心耳,目前正在国内推广应用。本文就LACbes封堵器研发历程、创新点、应用要点和展望进行介绍。
