摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨房间隔缺损（ASD）合并心房颤动（AF）患者介入封堵术后AF的预后与管理。方法 2010年7月—2013年5月收治ASD合并AF患者24例，行介入封堵治疗。术前及术后1 d行心电图、胸部X线片、超声心动图检查，所有患者均针对AF情况进行电话随访或来院随访。结果 24例患者均封堵成功，所有AF心律均未转为窦性心律，1例患者AF转为心房扑动，1例术前行AF导管消融术患者术后AF复发。1例术后服用华法林期间发生胃出血，自行停药3 d后发生脑梗死死亡。24例患者中有5例（20.8%）未口服任何抗凝药物，7例（29.2%）口服阿司匹林，仅11例（45.8%）口服华法林抗凝治疗。结论 ASD合并AF患者封堵术后AF自行转复率低，对术后抗凝情况要进行严格规范和管理。
