【摘要】 目的 比较大鼠胃十二指肠动脉逆行给药的新方法和传统方法的优缺点。 方法 30只Wistar大鼠随机分为A、B两组,每组各15只。A组用新方法,B组用传统方法。比较两组大鼠手术成功率、手术用时、术中意外、大鼠术后恢复及7 d生存情况。结果 A组成功14只,用时(22.8±0.51) min,其中1只因在注射药物时手抖针头扯破血管致给药失败。B组成功8只,用时(32.5±0.55) min,其中5只因胃十二指肠动脉过于纤细,无法将血管准确的剪开1/3~1/2致插管失败;另外2只因针鞘滑出血管致实验失败。A组14只术后10 min左右苏醒,1~2 h开始活动,8~10 h开始进食饮水,24~36 h基本与正常大鼠无异。B组8只术后10 min左右苏醒,3 h左右开始活动,12 h左右开始进食饮水,36 h后状态接近正常大鼠,但7 d内进食饮水量明显不及A组大鼠,两组手术成功的大鼠7 d内皆存活。结论 新方法操作简单,成功率高,可重复性强。
