【摘要】 目的 筛选、评估和总结介入诊疗医务人员使用辐射防护用具的最佳证据。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、National Guideline Clearinghouse、中国医脉通指南网、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库等数据库中自建库至2020年12月关于介入诊疗医务人员如何正确使用辐射防护用具的系统评价、原始研究、专家共识及指南文献,同时追溯纳入文献的参考文献。由2名研究人员评价纳入文献的质量,并从纳入文献中提取证据。 结果 共纳入16篇文献,包括随机对照试验研究2篇,类试验研究9篇,队列研究1篇,观察性研究1篇,专家共识3篇。最终总结出10条最佳证据。结论 总结了介入诊疗医务人员使用辐射防护用具的证据,为避免介入诊疗医务人员盲目选择辐射防护用具、减少辐射暴露提供了依据。
