目的 探讨CT多平面重建（MPR）技术在恶性结肠梗阻支架置入术前评价中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我院50例结肠恶性肿瘤并梗阻行支架置入术的临床资料，结合CT MPR检查特点，总结CT MPR检查在支架置入手术中的作用。结果 根据CT MPR技术提供信息，结肠支架置入成功率高，近期疗效理想，多数可在24 h内解除梗阻。结论 CT MPR技术可以很好地提供结肠支架置入手术的各方面数据，为成功支架置入术提供了良好的术前准备，提高支架置入手术成功率。
