摘要:
【摘要】 前列腺癌治疗方法有手术、放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗及局部微创消融等。上述数种疗法或因并发症较多或因患者依从性差等影响了治疗的开展,但局部微创消融因其不良反应少等原因受到重视,其中又以不可逆电穿孔消融最为引人注目。作为一种新兴的局部微创消融方法,其具有创伤小,不损伤尿道、直肠、大血管、神经血管束、神经及术后无勃起功能障碍等优良特点。目前已有多个国家及地区开展此类治疗并取得近中期满意疗效。本文就不可逆电穿孔消融的原理及近期在前列腺癌治疗中的应用作一综述。
