摘要:
【摘要】 肝脏肿瘤治疗方法中,介入治疗的地位越来越重要。介入治疗发展取决于新材料、新设备、新药物的开发及应用,而这些应用的临床前动物实验是评价介入治疗安全性、有效性的重要一环。肝癌动物模型在介入治疗新方法探索中有着重要的先导作用。但目前适合介入治疗实验研究的肝癌动物模型很有限,主要局限于大鼠和兔。受动物体型限制,常规介入器械和设备不适用于介入操作,针对小鼠肝动脉内介入操作的器械尚缺乏,适用于大鼠介入操作器械也有限。本文就目前经肝动脉插管行介入治疗实验研究中经常选用的大鼠和兔肝癌模型类型、造模方法、介入操作、麻醉及影像学检查等应用进行总结。
