摘要:
【摘要】 糖尿病足是糖尿病常见的并发症,常发生下肢感染、溃疡,深部组织破坏,骨髓炎,下肢坏疽,甚至导致死亡。治疗关键在于实施病变处血管再通。介入技术以其更低的术中术后病死率及并发症发生率,能进行多处病变操作以及可重复治疗等优势,已经成为目前一线的治疗手段。
