摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨脾肾联合介入栓塞治疗脾肾损伤出血的临床应用值。方法 自2010年1月以来，我院收治外伤性脾肾损伤出血患者24例，行血管造影后，采用明胶海绵对出血动脉行超选择性栓塞治疗。结果 24例患者全部一次性栓塞成功，均得以存活，并发症轻微，复查见栓塞止血效果良好。结论 对有明确适应证患者实施脾肾联合介入栓塞治疗脾肾损伤出血疗效确切，安全有效，能最大限度的降低脏器功能损害。
