摘要:
 【摘要】 椎间盘源性疼痛的机制及其治疗是近年来的研究热点之一。研究表明疼痛的发生涉及到椎间盘变性、神经纤维的异常增殖、生物化学因素,甚至包括生理、情绪以及遗传因素的影响;有关椎间盘源性疼痛的治疗,除了保守治疗及传统的外科手术外,各种经皮微创介入技术因其操作简单,创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复期短等优势,已在临床上广泛应用。此外,各种新型的治疗方法目前也逐渐发展起来,但是其临床疗效尚需进一步的研究加以证实。
