摘要:
 【摘要】 食管癌或食管良性疾病所导致的管腔狭窄需要行扩张治疗,以解决患者进食困难的状况,改善患者生活质量。一般的探条扩张或球囊扩张疗效有限。食管支架的应用解决了食管良恶性狭窄患者进食困难的难题,改善了患者的营养状况,对改善患者的生理、心理状况都有一定的帮助,本文就常用食管支架作一综述。
