摘要:
目的探讨治疗浸润性膀胱癌的有效方法。方法对４０例确诊为浸润性膀胱癌的患者分为A、B两组，每组２０例，A组行髂内动脉化疗栓塞和药泵植入联合手术治疗，B组行单纯手术治疗。分析比较两组患者术后复发率、生存率的差异。了解介入联合手术治疗的效果。结果A组患者术前经介入治疗后大部分膀胱肿瘤缩小，血尿缓解或消失，术后切除标本病理检查光镜下可见大片癌细胞变性坏死，间质见炎细胞浸润。A组复发４例（２０％），死亡２例（１０％）。B组复发９例（４５％），死亡４例（２０％）。结论髂内动脉化疗栓塞和药泵植入联合手术治疗浸润性膀胱癌，安全有效，能显著提高膀胱癌的疗效。
