摘要:
目的 探讨Ｃ臂ＣＴ（Ｄｙｎａ ＣＴ）技术在颅内支架置入术中的应用价值。方法 选取３９例行颅内支架置入术的患者，术中应用Ｃ臂ＣＴ技术扫描实时评价颅内支架置入情况。结果 ３９例患者共置入４７枚支架，术中常规造影确认支架位置适当，再经Ｃ臂ＣＴ多平面重建得到影像显示证实支架贴壁良好。结论 应用Ｃ臂ＣＴ技术可以术中实时及术后很好显示支架轮廓以及管腔内的情况，进一步了解支架与周围组织的关系。该技术评估支架置入情况具有非常高的临床实用价值。
