摘要:
目的通过对比观察医用臭氧直接作用于关节腔,或采用自血回输法全身应用于兔膝关节骨关节炎模型所致的血清学变化,探讨臭氧对骨关节炎软骨的作用途径。方法新西兰大白兔36只,采用胶原蛋白酶关节腔内注射法诱导骨关节炎模型。随机分为正常组、模型对照组、10μg /ml 臭氧关节腔内注射组、30μg /ml 臭氧关节腔内注射组、10μg /ml 臭氧自血回输组、30μg /ml 臭氧自血回输组共6组,每组6只。造模4周后进行臭氧干预,每周2次共4周。末次注射后4周抽取血液样本检测血清一氧化氮(NO)、SOD、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)α和白细胞介素(IL)-1β含量。结果各治疗组和模型组的血清NO含量、T-SOD活力、TNFα和IL-1β含量均高于正常组(P均<0.05),各治疗组间及治疗组与模型组间的血清NO含量,T-SOD活力,TNFα和IL-1β含量差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。结论①骨关节炎动物模型出现血清NO、SOD、TNFα和IL-1β含量升高;②臭氧无抑制已升高的血清NO、TNFα和IL-1β水平;③“氧化预稳定”作用是系统性而非局部性的。
