摘要:
本文综合介绍了冷冻消融的发展历程、机制、优劣势、应用范围,以及目前世界上最先进的肿瘤治疗产品及其原理和性能,如加拿大CryoCath公司用于消融肺静脉口的ArcticFront 球囊导管、美国Endocare公司的通过调节滑钮位置即可产生5种不同直径冰球的V-probe探针、以色列Galil-medical公司的1.47mm直径探针、丹麦Metrum-cryoflex公司的Cryo-s系列冷刀、刘静研究组的冷热刀和“纳米冷冻”技术,并对冷冻消融将来的发展方向提出自己的见解。
