摘要:
目的制备外周动脉镍钛合金支架聚丙交酯乙交酯复合物（PLGA）涂层，对其性能进行实验研究。方法利用浸涂法将PLGA涂敷于镍钛记忆合金外周动脉支架表面，用体式显微镜、原子力显微镜、电子扫描显微镜对涂层进行表面形貌、机械性能、血液相容性、降解行为等实验研究。结果PLGA可在镍钛合金支架表面形成光滑涂层，经过一定机械作用涂层仍能很好地与支架表面结合；PLGA涂层与裸镍钛合金表面相比，有更少的血小板黏附；PLGA涂层降解速度较平稳，基本符合线性降解规律，完全降解约需６周。结论PLGA涂层与镍钛合金支架可形成良好表面形态及稳定结合力，血液相容性好，降解速度适中，在预防支架植入后再狭窄方面将会发挥积极作用。
