摘要:
目的研究64层螺旋CT下肢动脉成像技术及后处理策略。方法42例患者进行64层螺旋CT下肢动脉检查,其中31例患者同时进行了DSA检查。观察CT增强后2次扫描下肢动脉远段的显示情况,并对比最大密度投影(MIP)及容积重建(VR)对下肢动脉分支的显示差异。结果第1次增强扫描时18支足背动脉不显影,15支足底动脉不显影;增强后延迟扫描14支足背动脉不显影,11支足底动脉不显影;第2次结果与DSA一致。MIP重建观察到的血管分支多于VR,两者之间有明显统计学差异(P=0,t=7.445)。结论下肢CT动脉成像中需注意追加第2次延迟扫描。MIP较VR能显示血管的更多分支,两者在观察图像中各有所长,需合理应用。
