摘要:
目的通过观察导管直接溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床效果以及随访结果,评价该方法治疗急性下肢DVT的疗效。方法104例急性下肢DVT患者,于DSA下,溶栓导管直接插入静脉血栓,微泵持续推注尿激酶(154.27±76.31)万u溶栓。14例溶栓后行腔内成形支架放置治疗。以静脉通畅评分和静脉通畅率及健患肢周径差指标评价疗效,治疗半年以上随访。结果92例治疗后静脉造影复查显示,静脉通畅评分显著改善(P<0.01),静脉通畅率52.4%±16.4%。治疗过程中未出现严重并发症。53例随访6~26(13.5±7.3)个月(随访率51.0%)。静脉造影显示,静脉通畅评分显著改善(P<0.01),静脉通畅率为63.7%±17.3%。46例深静脉瓣膜得以保存,深静脉瓣膜保存率达83.7%。结论导管直接溶栓治疗急性下肢DVT,是一种疗效良好而且安全的治疗方法
