摘要:
经桡动脉入路行神经介入较股动脉入路具有穿刺并发症少、患者舒适度高等优势,但脑血管的复杂解剖对器械提出更高要求,传统材料在桡动脉入路应用中存在局限性。该文系统综述了桡动脉专用神经介入材料的研究进展,包括Rist、Armadillo、Zoom RDL等导管系统以及3 F鞘管和SPH止血系统的技术创新。桡动脉专用材料的发展呈现从适应性改良到原创性突破的演进趋势,但在复杂解剖变异适配、产品标准化、成本效益比和临床推广方面仍存在挑战。当前是该领域技术突破的关键期,桡动脉入路有望成为神经介入的主流技术路径。
