【摘要】 目的 评价血管内支架联合125I粒子条植入治疗恶性肿瘤所致上腔静脉综合征(SVCS)患者的安全性与临床价值。方法 回顾性分析徐州医科大学附属医院2017年5月至2022年10月收治的43例SVCS患者的临床资料,其中血管内支架联合125I粒子条植入27例(观察组),单纯血管内支架植入16例(对照组)。比较两组患者的支架通畅率、临床症状缓解率和生存期。结果 43例患者手术均成功。观察组术后3个月内支架通畅率与平均生存期为88.7%和39.1周,优于对照组的62.5%和21.8周,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033、0.035)。术后临床症状均得到缓解。结论 血管内支架联合125I粒子条植入治疗SVCS安全有效,可作为首选治疗方案。
