摘要:
【摘要】 腰椎关节突关节源性疼痛长期以来被认为是慢性腰痛的潜在来源,包括小关节紊乱、关节突关节炎等涉及关节突关节的病变。目前,对关节突关节源性腰痛的诊疗尚存较多争议,而介入技术具有损伤小、疗效好、并发症少等优势,已经成为关节突关节源性腰痛的主要治疗手段。本文将从针刀疗法、关节腔内注射、低温冷冻去神经术、射频热凝消融术、脊神经阻滞术等5种介入治疗进行介绍。
