【摘要】 不可逆电穿孔(IRE)是一种新型非热能消融方法,该技术利用高压脉冲电场在细胞膜上形成不可逆纳米级微孔,而不损伤周围重要血管或胆管结构,具有并发症少、安全性高和恢复快等优点,在肝癌治疗中展现出广阔的应用前景。本文对IRE技术在肝癌消融治疗中的作用机制、应用优势、有效性、安全性和发展方向作一介绍,以期为该技术的临床应用和推广提供参考。
