【摘要】 目的 评估单针贯穿（SNP）技术辅助高压球囊（HPB）治疗顽固性动静脉内瘘（AVF）狭窄的临床效果和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2017年6月到2018年8月单中心采用SNP技术治疗的15例HPB扩张失败的AVF狭窄患者临床资料。记录治疗前后超声指标、初次通畅率及手术相关并发症。 结果 15例患者中Ⅰ型狭窄最多见（11例，73.3%）。采用SNP处理后，10例患者（66.7%）治疗成功，HPB 压力为平均（21.9±2.1） atm，平均扩张（4.4±2.1）次，术后血流量增加值为平均（553.9±149.2） mL；5例不成功。15例患者均有皮下出血，但未造成影响AVF通畅和使用的不良反应。术后6个月、12个初级通畅率分别为70%（7/10）、20%（2/10）。结论 SNP技术治疗HPB扩张失败的顽固性AVF狭窄患者近期临床效果良好，安全可控，不增加额外费用。
