【摘要】 研究表明颅内动脉瘤（IA）和遗传基因、血流动力学异常和局部炎症等因素有关，而炎症因素在IA的发生、发展、破裂中都扮演了重要角色。IA炎性反应可由多种炎性细胞/因子参与，如TNF-α可介导平滑肌细胞（SMC）表型转变并使基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）基因表达的上调，MMP可破坏细胞外基质（ECM）和内弹力板（IEL），同时因炎症而被募集的巨噬细胞可介导管壁退行性改变并逐步放大炎性反应，最终炎性细胞/因子共同作用引起IA的破裂。提高对炎症引起IA破裂相关机制的认识，有助于寻求安全、有效和精准的治疗策略，为临床提供新的防治选择。本文就炎症与IA破裂关系，及其可能的抗炎治疗降低IA破裂风险进行综述。
