摘要:
目的 探讨CT引导射频消融术治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期临床疗效。方法 2010年6月—2013年6月期间收治的100例晚期NSCLC患者,随机将其分成对照组和观察组,每组患者各50例,其中对照组患者给予同步放化疗治疗,观察组患者给予CT引导射频消融术(RFA)治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后CT值改善情况、体力状况改善情况以及术后并发症情况。结果 观察组患者疾病缓解率(86.0%)明显高于对照组(52.0%)(P<0.05)、治疗后CT值(14.1±3.9)HU明显低于对照组患者(29.8±4.7)HU(P<0.05)、体力改善率(66.0%)明显高于对照组患者(44.0%)(P<0.05);观察组患者术后肺部感染、胸痛、发热、胸腔积液以及胃肠道反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CT引导RFA能够提高晚期NSCLC患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的生存质量,且安全性高,创伤小,值得临床推广应用。
