 【摘要】 目的 探讨Solitaire支架取栓术治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的手术配合要点。方法 对30例采用Solitaire支架行急症介入取栓术的手术配合进行总结。结果 30例采用Solitaire支架行急症介入取栓术的患者血管开通率达93.3%。术中护士、技师与手术医师配合良好。生命监护操作及记录良好，无手术器械递送错误；影像资料记录完整。结论 器械护士周密的术前准备和熟练的术中配合是保证顺利完成急诊介入手术的关键环节。巡回护士的全程心电监护对顺利完成急诊介入手术起到了重要作用。
