摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 观察并探讨经门静脉灌注阿苯达唑脂质体与碘化油混悬液后大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴组织的电镜下形态学变化过程。方法 以1只正常饲养大鼠为空白对照组，1只感染泡球蚴病大鼠为实验对照组，19只复制成功模型大鼠为实验组分为三组。将19只模型大鼠开腹直视下穿刺门静脉，灌注阿苯达唑脂质体（0.1 ml）和碘化油（0.1 ml）混悬液共0.2 ml，分别在4、7、10 d后处死动物，采集标本，行电镜观察。结果 灌注化疗栓塞后，4 d内泡球蚴周边组织结构以炎性改变为主，泡球蚴组织基本正常。7 d时可见泡球蚴组织结构发生变性改变，10 d可见肝泡球蚴组织结构破坏，囊泡塌陷，生发层、角质层结构退变等坏死表现。结论 门静脉途径介入治疗肝泡状棘球蚴病是一种有效的治疗技术方法，疗效迅速、确切。
