【摘要】 目的 研究新西兰大白兔脑底动脉环(Willis环)影像解剖与变异。方法 采用介入方法,通过新西兰大白兔股动脉将微导管导入颈内动脉近端造影,分析新西兰大白兔脑底动脉环的影像解剖与变异。结果 新西兰大白兔具有完整脑底动脉环,其特点是后交通动脉发达。新西兰大白兔脑底动脉环存在不同程度变异,可以分为三种类型,分别为发育不良、数目异常和异常连接。数目异常中双大脑中动脉又可分为两种亚型,共干型和分离型。结论 兔脑底动脉环存在较多变异,了解兔脑底动脉环的解剖及变异对脑梗死模型的制作具有重要指导意义。
