摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 评价经肾动脉栓塞术在常染色体显性多囊肾病对症治疗中的安全性和疗效。方法2007年12月至2013年3月收治终末期多囊肾病患者7例，因内科保守治疗无效而行肾动脉栓塞术治疗。7例患者均表现为严重腹胀，5例伴肉眼血尿，1例伴顽固性高血压。结果 术后随访10 ～ 36个月，7例患者临床症状均有不同程度缓解，同时腹围变小，营养状况改善。无严重并发症发生。结论 经肾动脉栓塞术对终末期多囊肾的对症治疗是安全有效的。
