 【摘要】 目的 研究MO.MA球囊保护下颈动脉支架成形术（CAS）治疗近闭塞颈动脉的安全性、可行性及疗效。方法 2006年至2010年，共收治14例近闭塞颈动脉患者，狭窄程度95%～99%，所有病例可见侧支代偿。其中表现为短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）者11例，表现为脑血栓形成者3例。所有患者均在MO.MA球囊保护下行CAS。对手术成功率、围手术期并发症、随访结果进行分析。结果 手术成功率为100%。围手术期并发症2例，术中出现TIA发作，2 h后恢复正常。对患者进行随访3～30个月，平均（10.7±7.7）个月。4例行CTA或DSA随访，无再狭窄发生，无病变侧颈动脉脑卒中发生。结论 MO.MA球囊保护下CAS治疗近闭塞颈动脉安全、有效，无法耐受颈动脉血流阻断是主要的风险。
