摘要:
 【摘要】 目前,原发性高血压及其并发症仍是影响人类健康的主要疾病之一。原发性高血压因其知晓率低和治疗率低、药物不耐受、患者依从性差以及不合理用药等原因,有近1/3患者不能有效控制血压,处在心脑血管疾病高危状态。为此,寻求更为安全和有效的治疗高血压的方法十分迫切。去肾交感神经支配术基于导管方法应用射频消融选择性靶向损毁肾交感神经,以达到治疗顽固性高血压的目的。有两项临床试验(Symplicity HTN1 和HTN2)对该技术进行了评估,为其安全性和有效性提供了证据。本文简要介绍这一技术在安全性和有效性方面的最新数据。
